A challenging Yoga class done at fast pace, good for students with previous yoga experience of at least 3 months with no restrictive health conditions. Heated to 30° using far infrared heating.
A strength building and energising practice for those that want to tone the whole body. In this fast based flow you will build up a natural sweat and raise your heart rate. You will leave the class feeling energised and renewed.
