Marjorie has been teaching for three years and has an 18 year Yoga practice.
Her teaching draws from the Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha practices with a focus on breath and alignment.
Her classes are focused on how we can move our bodies to bring a better quality of energy to our body and to reduce the impact of modern stresses on our bodies and minds.
