I first began practicing yoga when I moved to London in 2006. Years later, there came a point in my life where the only place I felt true to myself was on my yoga mat. Understandably, this led to a bit of an obsession – I began practicing a lot more and started studying the practice in a much deeper way. In 2015 I took a course at Yoga London and became a qualified teacher. It is easily the best decision I have ever made!
What began as a form of self-therapy has led to a love of helping people to find stillness and calm in their own lives. Yoga is literally a user guide of how to heal yourself (physically, mentally and emotionally) and I think that everyone can benefit from that on some level.
I teach Yoga in London and Hertford at various studios and I have a number of corporate and private clients too. I try to create classes which help you tune in, chill out and also get flexy in the process. My aim is to make the class challenging yet accessible, so you can find the strength as well as the ease within every pose.
At a time when we are bombarded by messages and distractions, I am soaking up the chance to help people find calm and be kind to their bodies.
I hope that at the end of my classes you will leave feeling energised, more aligned and grounded. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!
