Pure Pilates Class
Suitable for a mixed ability of students from beginners (with no or mild restrictive or limiting physical health issues) to intermediate. This class is recommended for joint and back pain, helping to strengthen muscles to help improve spine mobility. It is also helpful for toning the core abdominal muscles and pelvic floor to support and improve posture. You will leave the class feeling taller with better posture and you will definitely have found your core.
If you have specific mobility issues we would recommend you check with the studio first as a course for Complete Beginners may be more suitable.
