This 3 week course is ideal for complete beginners, you attend 1 class a week for 3 weeks.
You will learn basic yoga postures, discover your unique anatomy through alignment, the power of breath work on the nervous system and how yoga can help your overall health and well being! The 3 weeks is a great introduction to yoga as it allows you the chance to digest the information after each class, you get the chance to ask questions and receive personal attention before moving into a regular class.
